ZENZSUAL Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zenzsual. Please review 
our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, 
excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed 
after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following 
business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking 
information once your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, 
or sale events), processing times may extend to 
3–5 business days. We will notify you of any 
significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. 
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days 
  (where available at checkout)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on 
order weight and destination. Free shipping is available 
on qualifying orders over $100 or during promotional 
periods as indicated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 
Actual delivery may vary depending on your location 
and carrier availability.

PO Boxes:
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide 
a physical street address at checkout.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a 
tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours 
for tracking information to update in the carrier's 
system.

You can track your order directly through the 
carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

Delivery Delays:
Zenzsual is not responsible for shipping delays caused 
by carrier issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, 
customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. 
We will do our best to communicate any known delays 
as soon as possible.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address:
Please verify your shipping address carefully before 
completing your order. Zenzsual is not responsible 
for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, 
incomplete, or undeliverable address:
- We will contact you to confirm the correct address
- Reshipment will require an additional shipping fee
- If you prefer not to reship, a refund will be 
  issued for the product cost only — original 
  shipping fees are non-refundable

Lost Packages:
A package is considered lost if it has not been 
delivered within 15 business days of the estimated 
delivery date and tracking shows no movement.

If your package appears to be lost:
- Contact us within 30 days of your order date 
  at info@zenzsual.com
- Include your order number and tracking number
- We will open an investigation with the carrier 
  on your behalf
- Resolution options include reshipment or store 
  credit, at our discretion

Note: Zenzsual is not responsible for packages 
confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your 
tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received 
your package, please check with neighbors, building 
management, or your local post office before 
contacting us.

Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery 
  at info@zenzsual.com
- Include your order number and clear photos 
  of the damaged item and packaging
- We will review your claim and offer a replacement 
  or store credit as appropriate

We reserve the right to require photographic evidence 
for all damage claims.

Order Modifications & Cancellations:
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are 
unable to modify or cancel it. If you need to make 
changes, please contact us immediately at 
info@zenzsual.com — we will do our best to 
accommodate requests before shipment.
